How much does the application cost?

There is a $52 fee per application. There is an addition $3 processing fee when paying with a credit card.

How do I pay the application fee?

We must receive payment before we can process your application. You can pay with cash or check at our office. Any checks should be written out to "Island Brokers Realty". You may also pay by credit card on Page 4 of the application.

Who has to fill out an application?

Each person over the age of 18 that is going to occupy the home must fill out an application to be on the lease - even if you are married.

How long does it take to receive the results?

It usually takes 2-5 business days, but there is no guarantee. Occasionally there is a delay. We will give you a call when we have evaluated your application.

How do I get the application back to you?

You may drop it off at our office during the week from 9am - 5pm. We are located at 144 NE Ernst Street (the corner of Ernst St. & SR 20) in Suite B in Oak Harbor. You can also email it to us at info@islandbrokersrealty.com, or fax it to 360-675-0665.

I've already submitted an application to another company, can I use that same one here?

Island Brokers Realty does not accept Portable Reports. A new rental application must be turned in for each adult over 18.
